When I walked in the door I was immediately welcomed, not by one but two faces, one human, and the other a dog. Going into a pet store and seeing who I would assume to be one of the owners if not The owner care for an animal of their own sets any suspicions about the quality of the service there really low because you know that if they trust the items they stock that you can too. Will definitely be a regular customer from now on.
