JL Construction did a complete residing of my home on Burt Lake. They tore off all the old vinyl siding, did all the necessary prep work to properly install LP Smart Siding, both lap siding and staggered shakes. John and his team started the job on time and were there every day until the job was completed, on schedule and cost. John was great to work with on the job and the jobsite was left clean every day before he and his team went home. John found a few issues during the residing from the earlier construction and was very open and honest about options on how to deal with the issues. I can't say enough good things about his approach to the job and how he worked with us on what we were trying to achieve. We would HIGHLY recommend JL Construction and will call on John again when the need arises for work on our house;.

John's eye for details is great. He was always thinking ahead, thinking about how to achieve our desired quality and finishes. John helped guide us through the entire process. John was good at listening to our ideas and to incorporate them into the design as we went.
