Usually good food. Pretty consistent. Not really homemade anything so you never get great food I would say. But good options, too. Service quite slow at times....due to lack of help usually when that is the case.
Staff is always friendly, food is always good and if there is an issue they are always willing to take care of it.
Good quick service and food. Potatoes pancakes are great. Biscuits and gravy are also. Great service by Cindy. Breakfast buffet on the weekends.
So so place with average food and service.. Its a chain so the menu does have many options but all the food is average.
I usually give a place a few chances, as there could just be off days. However, this location just needs to close and go away... our food took a while to come out, and all of it was cold.... plus mine had a long hair laying on top of it, almost the length of the plate, plain as day, any server would have seen it. I was too hungry, thought "hey, I've eaten in India!", and ate my cold food. Won't ever go back. My suggestions (all reviews should have suggestions, I think it's only right): water immediately, drinks in 2, apps in 5, mains in 12 - industry standards here. Food should be served at correct temps, it was not here, not even close. Server was nice, but not attentive to what is required in making sure that food is served at proper temps, and without hair on it. When asked how everything was, this establishment needs to ask differently - they need to say "Just checking on you - do you have any suggestions on how your meals could have been better?" - this will open people up, make them not feel so bad, and get them involved in the success of the restaurant instead of its demise. If this place is open next year, I'll be shocked... utterly shocked. If the lack of business doesn't close it down, the health department should.
