The broker is a decent guy, But is clueless on how to treat a customer. The size of commission he makes on the sale of the house, you should almost be kissing the clients butt. But he makes the client chase him. WRONG. I was in sales my entire life. and HAD TO bust my butt. meaning catering to the client. doing all I could to make the client happy. Never allowing them to chase me. I was always there to fulfill their needs.
