Quaint 50's style motel that was perfect for for our visit up to Mackinaw City this past weekend! It was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN & the owners were VERY FRIENDLY!! It's 10 or so miles south of Mackinaw City (north end of Cheboygan), so it felt much more relaxed & slow paced. If you're looking for a safe spot to stay just outside of M.C., then I urge you to check it out!! Did I mention the "rate" was almost half of what it would've been up Hwy 23 to the north?! 'Nuff said... Lastly, they have plenty of available parking for snowmobile trailers or whatever. Check it out on your fall color tour this year!!! You can thank me later...
