Our heater went out in the dead of winter at about 10:00 pm. One phone call to Werner's 24 hour Hotline and a half hour later a tech was at my door!! Great Service!!!
furnace stopped coming on in the middle of the night, called Werner's at 8am on a Saturday morning, they were working on the furnace at about 9am and it was fixed for good at 10. Great service, very high attention to detail (started furnace several times after repair to make sure it was all working)
