Couldn’t get the order right and was insulted when I called to get it fixed. Sorry that I want what I ordered!
When I called to purchase a plant for my uncle's funeral she asked if if I was related to the person. I said yes but didn't understand why that should matter. She told me only family orders flowers for a funeral. Wondering if she thought I meant the casket flowers, I asked again what she meant (especially since I asked for a plant not flowers). She told me again only family orders the flowers, but it was okay since I told her I was related to the person. Hurriedly she named my uncle asking if it was for him I was ordering for. I felt horribly treated and told her I would use another florist in town. This person was unprofessional and offensive. I was calling to order a plant for a funeral, have an ounce of compassion please! I called the Flower Station they took my order no problem.
Super small place was expecting a nicer lady but I guess you get what want I suppose. She didn't even show us the flowers for the service.....
Very impressed. Called on extremely short notice and they were still able to make the delivery. Wonderful and friendly customer service, fast delivery, affordable prices, and beautiful products. My mom and step father loved their anniversary flowers. They sent me pictures and I was shocked at how beautiful they were. I will be ordering here for many years to come.
