Normally I have no problems and usually very satisfied but tonight Sunday Dec 10 was a very disappointing experience. My order was com ppl etely screwed up and I live 7 miles out. I called and asked for mgr. I was told if I wanted them replaced to come back otherwise nothing he could do. I h o pe I never have this happen again. My grand kids love McDonald's.
It's great if you're looking for a job, but bad if you don't want the sh*ts.
This McDonald's is always busy, which means the food is always fresh. Not always the fastest, but the food is always hot, fresh fries and they get the order right, and I think that's worth the wait. It would be great if they had a playplace. The dining room isn't too bad, otherwise. Employees are pretty friendly.
The drive thru window person was rude. It took 12 minute s to just order. And I knew what I wanted. It too 2 another 4 minutes to pay and get change because this person is about 30 to 35years old didn't know how to do change. McDonald's hire people who can do their jobs or teach them.
Everything's always fresh, high rate of accuracy...even with what seems to be special requests every time I come in.
